What does the warranty cover?

For the original purchaser under normal residential use, structural frames, factory-made joinery, and functional assembly hardware have limited lifetime coverage. Defects in factory finish application are covered for three years. Natural wood changes, ordinary maintenance, and other exclusions apply; third-party cushions have their own applicable manufacturer coverage.
